Wheat Selection

We always buy Premium hard Wheat from all parts of Madhya Pradesh irrespective of their rates. We always take samples and thoroughly check it’s purity before unloading the Wheat. The Lab testing will be done by food technologist.

Wheat Cleaning

The Wheat so tested is subject to through cleaning by using modern machines Buhler , Prokop, John Fowler, Satake, Choyal & Other Brands. a world fame name in the history of manufacturer of machines for Roller Flour Mills. In this process machine removed the sticky dirty particles i.e. Stones, Dust etc. from the Wheat and only pure Wheat will be sent for Grinding.

 After cleaning process, the wheat will be sent to the Grinding Zone for grinding purpose. The Grinding Zone furnished with fully and semi automatic machines . These Grinding Machines would function at a snail’s pace in order to maintain the Protein, Vitamins and other Nutrition intact.

Lab Testing

While the grinding process is underway, a chunk of finished product will be taken out at every one hour for Lab testing to maintain an Equilibrium of quality. The Lab testing will be done by indoor supervision of food scientist in such a way that the Protein, Vitamins and other Nutrition would remain in high esteem forever.
